    Optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden und sich wieder zurückziehen zu können.

    Die Lage ist optimal. Wir haben uns schnell eingelebt und auch den Balkon mit Blick aufs Treiben auf der Strasse sehr genossen. Es hat alles funktioniert und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

    Das Haus selbst ist in einem eher heruntergekommenen Zustand. Im Treppenhaus riecht es oft sehr muffig. Auch die Wohnung könnte gepflegter sein. Das Bett war okay, aber nicht mehr.

    Enterijer je moderan, nameštaj je nov, i sve je čisto. Klima jako dobro radi. Lokacija je jako dobra za obilazak grada.

    Lift u zgradi nije u funkciji, a apartman je na 2. spratu. Dušek u spavaćoj sobi je loš. Kuhinju nije dovoljno opremljena. U kupatilu je veoma skromna kupatilska galanterija.
