The apartment is BEAUTIFUL, the hosts have a delicious taste in how they placed everything inside the house and in the front. There's plants everywhere outside, we even saw a hummingbird, very nice. Inside, there was everything for you to feel comfortable, they have AC on the rooms and on the living room. We didn't hear any noise other than normal. It was a pleasure to stay at this place.

Convenient location and a pleasant stay in a beautiful home
The location is very convenient, and the host was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The house itself is lovely, with large bedrooms, shrub plantings around the yard, and a cozy outdoor seating area by the entrance. We also appreciated that the bathrooms had been thoroughly cleaned in preparation for our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.
The living room A/C remote didn’t seem to be connected, but it wasn’t a major issue for us, and I’m sure the host would have addressed it promptly if we had brought it to their attention. There were a few cobwebs on the higher shelves inside the kitchen cabinets, although they didn’t bother us too much. The kitchen could also benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning, particularly around areas that are frequently exposed to moisture (there appeared to be some moss or buildup around the kitchen sink drains).

Absolutamente recomendable
Un alojamiento muy cómodo y muy limpio, perfectamente equipado, amplio, con aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones y en el comedor (+ ventiladores). Camas y almohadas muy cómodas! El anfitrión es muy amable y atento, y se ofreció para ayudarnos en todo (no hizo falta, porque todo funcionó a la perfección). Tiene lavadora y secadora. Daniel subió vídeos a Youtube explicando claramente el funcionamiento de todo. Un sitio altamente recomendable si vas a San Diego. Sobre todo, si quieres visitar el Zoo.

Esperienza pessima . Abbiamo trovato casa sporchissima, formiche e mosche ovunque , sia nelle stanza e sia nei bagni. Volevamo fare un po di pane tostato ma il tostapane era veramente sporco. Forte odore di pipì. Impianti di areazione sporchi, pieni di piume e polvere.
