    Incredible service, beautiful hotel

Lovely, modern and clean rooms. What made this hotel 5 stars was the fabulous service from staff, particularly Ran Nhung who could not do enough for us and made us feel completely at home. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Sa Pa.

Beautiful, spacious and exceptionally clean rooms, a great location just around the corner from Sa Pa Market, yet wonderfully quiet. The à la carte breakfast was delicious. What truly makes this hotel special is the owner and her staff. We arrived by night bus at 6 AM, and although our check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, the owner immediately offered us a ready room at no extra charge. That says everything about their incredible hospitality! Everyone was always smiling, friendly and genuinely happy to help. We have rarely felt so welcome anywhere. Highly recommended, and we would happily return!
