It was a good price but I still wouldn’t do it again
The property looks exactly like the pictures and it was clean. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood and I’m hoping that they are upgrading it.
The unit had plumbing issues as mentioned in previous posts. The toilet had trouble flushing and the only plunger was not a real working plunger, so I bought one and left it there. I used each time I flushed. The water pressure was also very weak in the rest of the unit but this was a minor issue for me. The main issue was the neighborhood. I am a woman traveling by myself and I had a taxi driver refuse to drive to this neighborhood. I didn’t feel safe going out once it got dark. The price was much less than Old San Juan and other parts of San Juan but any place I wanted to go required an Uber or taxi and it would have been better to put that money towards a place in Old San Juan. I did want to say that there is a lot of construction going on in this neighborhood and I believe they are trying to improve it but if you’re traveling alone, you need to know it’s not there yet and I recommend women traveling alone should not stay here.

Dejaba bastante que desear
La cama era muy cómoda y el aire funciona bien. El descanso fuera agradable.
El apartamento dejaba bastante que desear. No estaba del todo limpio, los armarios daban la sensación de estar a punto de romperse y la cocina carecía de muchos utensilios básicos. Según la información de Booking, el check‑in era a partir de las 15:00, pero llegamos a las 18:00 y nuestra habitación aún no estaba lista. El baño presentaba problemas constantes: se atascaba y rebosaba con frecuencia. Finalmente dejó de funcionar por completo, ya que no había agua, y nos indicaron que utilizáramos el baño de un pequeño apartamento situado en la parte trasera. Este otro apartamento estaba libre, pero en ningún momento nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de quedarnos allí, lo que habría sido una solución más cómoda y lógica para nuestra estancia.
