    We didn’t stay at the property as it wasn’t worth the stay and the money we spent. As a loyal customer to booking.com I

    One of the worst property to be listed on booking.com The apartment looks run down with smell of feces as soon as you get out of the lift. No lights when we entered the corridor. We chose not to stay there for safety reasons. We have 2 kids including a teenage girl

    Looked run down. Bad smell. No lights in the corridor. Kids didn’t feel safe.

    Accommodation in an uncomfortable building and AREA

    2 beds 2 bathrooms

    My main concern was I felt extremely unsafe. Weekend away with 4 15 year olds and myself. Old building, low maintenance! Dodgy security guys. Ring doorbell installed for a reason !!! Uncomfortable walk back from Bullring in the dark. Cheap thin pillows Saucepans and definitely the frying pan needs replacing! Coffee machine needs descaling Sofa: hard as a rock Extremely disappointed especially when I had to sign a contract and pay a deposit!!!
