    Great location but the check in and check out process could be much better

    I loved that it was a 2 min walk around the corner to the petronas towers, you can see the petronas from the reception area and also from the rooftop pool

    The check in and check out process is time consuming, to check in you need to get someone in the lobby to send you to the 25th floor to check in which then takes time, to check out you need to go to the lobby where there is no reception desk, just someone standing in the corner and you need to wait to get your deposit back

    Nasty and full of cockroaches and spiders.

    Not recommended! Avoid!

    It was nasty. The moment we entered the apartment there was a giant spider on the floor. There were cockroaches everywhere. The staff didn’t want to give us the deposit until they could submit a good review from my phone. One night we woke up with a cockroach in bed. The entire building is rented for airbnb s and not being maintained at all, The pooll was dirty and nasty. AVOID!
