    My expectations were not met.

In room 124, the bathroom door was incredibly hard (and noisy) to move due to it being caught/drug on the floor. This made it difficult to navigate in the morning while my family member slept. The shower door did not close tightly, causing a major water pooling issue on the bathroom floor. Considering I paid over $1,000 for only two (2) nights...my expectations for simple items that should have worked correctly were not met.

I rented 2 rooms. One was fine, the other had a very terrible odor. There were two people working the front desk. I asked for a new room and was told I no and was out of luck, but then I asked the second person and “Susan” was very kind, understanding and switched my room. Susan is the kind of person you want working with people. I am also a Hilton honor member and was not initially treated that way. A thank you to Susan or I would’ve switched hotels.
