Very disappointed with the Tru brand in this instance. I’ve stayed at Tru before with great experiences but not at all t

It had a room for us

When we arrived just after midnight, we received our room keys however however someone else was already staying in that room. I then went back to the desk and got a different room, however the window shade had fallen and was in the floor which prevented us from closing the window. I went to the desk a third time and finally got a room.
