    Bad management at Tru from Hilton

    The room was nice!

    The manager harassed me about my service dog. Ask all kinds of questions why I need the dog and what my service dog is doing for me. Then she accused my dog of barking and it was the dog next door. Which, was acknowledged by someone else from the staff. She never asked me if I am a valuable member of Hilton. I almost left the hotel because she kept on harassing me.
