    Do Not Trust Hotel, they will deny everything and continue to charge anything, Not Recommended

    Upon arrival check in was fast, people on front were good,

    They lied to us from the beginning, they told us there will be no extra fee for our service dog, and the next they they charged us for that fee, we told them that we were told and never signed an agreement for a charge on our service dog, they denied everything and continued to xharge us

    It was a nice place for our one night stay, good location and my oldest loved the hot chocolate/ we all loved the br

    The property was in a very nice location

    I got a crib approved over booking.com.. but when we got there they didn’t have.
