I reserved 2 rooms for a family visit. The front desk noticed my brother's mobility issues, and immediately offered accommodations to suit our special needs. We were offered adjoining rooms with a walk in shower. The rooms were very clean and roomy, as was the lobby.

TRU by Hilton in Dixon, IL was a clean, fairly priced, and well located hotel for a quick get away.
The rooms were big and inviting, very clean and well kept, the laundry facilities were cheap, the location was close to anything you would want to do or eat, and the continental breakfast changed every day for the hot items.
I would have like to have had a closet or dresser to put items away, since we stayed several days. If you are going to offer a paid laundry facility, do not make customers buy a whole roll of quarters, because you don't want to open a roll to give the $2 to wash and the $2 to dry.
