    A Company that only care about your wallet.

    Nothing didn’t stay was turned away because the hotel management refused to respond to my message regarding pet policy. Then kept my money.

    Again, management staff members. No integrity, no manners. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Bad establishment

    Everything about the hotel. Clean, parking was plenty, comfortable beds, roomy bathroom...staff were amazing.

    Noise of highway but with shade lowered, really helped.

    It was a place to sleep.

    I did not eat breakfast there. The room was clean. Television did not function at first, but was quickly fixed. The staff was good. There was a problem between Booking.com's system and your own, as the hotel did not have a record of my reservation.

    Frankly, the whole thing seemed a little cheap after having stayed at a Hampton for the previous 5 days. I will likeley not seek out a Tru hotel as a first choice in the future.
