Overall this is a nice place to stay and good value in Lincoln.

The property is newer and clean. The sound insulation is good and it was pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable.

The size of the room was small and the configuration was choppy making it hard to provide comfortable living space around all the needs to store luggage and equipment.

Nice location with a fun lobby area and comfortable bed.

Nice, central location in Lincoln away from downtown / campus pricing but close to both main and east campus. Fun lobby with some games and fun seating.

A/C controls in the room were challenging as it never seemed to stay at the set point while I was away during the day. Had to request a change in rooms due to how hot it was in the first room even though the thermostat in the room was set to the low 70's. Breakfast was ok.
