Everyone was very hospitalized and very informative on everything I asked.. it was very clean and somewhere safe and nice to meet up with family.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds
No drinking cups or glasses, no coffee maker in the room, getting out of the tub is a big step down for seniors in an accessible room.

The stay met my expectations for this brand and 2/3 star hotel. Everything was good including the breakfast.
Lobby & lounge was large, comfortable, had indoor & outdoor seating & & a pool table for guests. The room was comfortable enough and had hot hot water to bathe or shower.
Location wad in an industrial area that felt not so cozy or relaxing even though the lake was just 1 mile away.
