Location the view the cleanliness and the staff.

The cost for parking was $60 because we went with two vehicles. After paying for the room I shouldn't have to pay so much for parking.

we paid for what was inferred that we would have a water view, and water view became merely the pool

breakfast was good... the only thing that stood out regarding property.

we informed the desk operator in that bathroom had an extensive amount of mold in a myriad of places. Not only had it, such was readily visible which asks the question, why wasn't such taken care of before renting the room?

Nice place and good location. Front desk staff not helpful and they’ll do nothing to get you in your room before 3 PM

The hotel was nice. It was clean and it was close to the beach.

The front desk was rude. Our check-in time was 3 o’clock and they refused to do anything to get us in the room earlier. In fact our room wasn’t ready until 330.
