Nice lobby. Nice helpful Staff. Nice Location. Breakfast was good. Parking was good.
Not enough maid service. This is my 2nd visit where our trash was overflowing. Checked in on Friday and left on Monday with no maid service. I don’t mind reusing a towel for a 2nd day but I really think someone should be emptying the trash! Our deadbolt didn’t work unless you lifted the door and a bathroom soap dispenser was on the bathroom counter where it must have fallen off from a previous stay.

Not a good stay. Wish cleaning staff would have done better or anything at all.
When we walked into the room, we honestly thought we had a nice place to stay for the night. That quickly went left when there was (pubic hair) all over the floor. I called and asked for it to be cleaned, not even moved just cleaned and we would be ok. Front desk assured me she would have cleaning staff come and clean the room. The staff came in, only to remove the big clump of hair but all loose hair was still everywhere..floor, so still not swept or mopped. here were bits of hair on the bed as well. I was truly disgusted. The front desk receptionist was very sweet about the whole thing and nice. She was truly a an angel, none is this is reflected on her. When we checked out after 2 hours of being there she did offer to change rooms but with me being from out of town and distraught and already packed up our belongings it was already time for us to find somewhere else to stay.
