    Very upset!!!

    My reservation was cancelled six hours before we were due to arrive. I was notified by email. Thank goodness I looked at my email when I did. Called the hotel and they told me I was “bumped” due to over booking. I had made the reservation on June 9th. I was left to try to find rooms for 12 people on very short notice for a family wedding. No help or even an apology.

    Overall it was fine.

    Close to everything I was there for.

    This is the second time I stayed there, both time the room was not clean. First time was worse, it was the floors, hair in the shower etc. I asked to be moved and they did. This time it was mainly the floor being dirty. I stayed in the room but did report it to the front desk.
