    Double charged.

    Very spacious and spotless.

    When we got home we discovered that they had taken the cost of the room twice out of my bank account.I had to spend time to find a bank to get it sorted.

    Beautiful location with natural beauty, cottage spacious but not clean, main hotel impressive but food in main restauran

    Spacious, nicely decorated, kitchen had everything you would need, great location, nice staff, main building - impressive well designed space

    We complained about the cleanliness of property: Dusty - esp 1st floor noticed mirror was dusty & dirty and side tables in bedroom Rubbish left under 1sr floor bed (we could see it when we climbed stairs) - not a good welcome! Hat stand fell on my 6 yr old - was wobbly and unstable There was an old dusty cobweb on bathroom door Fridge was still rather dirty Bathroom grout needs redone - black bits in places was off putting No bench outside for enjoying a seat in sun Lamb in main restaurant in hotel poor - very chewy - I couldn’t eat it. Im a foodie & don’t mind paying for food but it really wasn’t great. Appreciated the apology (and they came back clean & fix issues)but our view of the place is still tainted unfortunately

    Premium price isn’t supported by the poor room quality.

    Staff were welcoming and helpful. Views from Public room were magnificent. Good Scottish breakfast

    The premium price paid did not match the quality of the cupboard of a room I was allocated. I travel the world and frankly for this price I expected a view (there was none) and room to swing a cat in. In addition finding plugs was a challenge and some aspects require maintenance (quickly addressed when reported). I wasn’t the only guest at who was surprised at the poor room size and location.
