De ontvangst door Paul was zeer vriendelijk. Dit is zonder meer een heel apart huis te noemen. Heerlijk dat er een hottub is, waar we goed gebruik van hebben gemaakt. En Leuven is vanzelf een superstad, waar je snel met de fiets of de auto bent.
We hadden ons niet gerealiseerd dat er maar 2 separate slaapkamers waren. Ook het ontbreken van voldoende doucheruimte viel iets tegen.

Beautiful home, wonderful base to explore, highly recommend
Wonderful house and wonderful host! Pictures don’t do it justice and for it being so highly decorated, it’s very clean. Absolutely loved all the outdoor spaces to enjoy.
Only thing to note that’s not obvious in photos is that you have to walk through the room with the single beds to get to the other bedroom, it was fine for us as we were traveling with family but may not work for every group.

Best for a winter stay
Amazing home; the pictures don't begin to capture the interesting details. Recommend for a winter stay to enjoy the fire place, sauna and outdoor jacuzzi...summers are getting too warm in Europe and--although two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning, it struggles to keep up with higher outdoor temperatures. Overall, very comfortable, clean and Paul was an excellent host.
The upstairs king bedroom is accessed through the 3x twin room and both share a bath. The kitchen is fascinating and well equipped, but a little cramped for serious cooking. You'll certainly want a car--and a snowy or icy driveway could pose a problem. The air conditioning is only in 2 of 3 bedrooms (the upstairs bedrooms).
