    The staff were friendly but they are not enough to make me want to stay there again.

    The bed was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice.

    Everything is tattered and worn out. The soft furnishings all need a good clean and some need to be replaced. The tiles around the pool are slippery. The shuttle bus did not collect us from the beach even though we confirmed with the driver where we should wait for the return journey and what time. When I contacted the hotel about this they told us that we were not there when the driver arrived. This was not true as we were there waiting, earlier than the time specified.

    Good stay, great location, awesome spacious amenities & rooms

    Beautifully modern hotel. Great location. Central and close to Bintang supermarket, about 5 mins walk. Large spacious rooms. Awesome rooftop pool!

    Our rooms were far from the lift. Could’ve easily requested a closer room but it’s ok. Will know for next time. I felt our beds were very hard. My back and sleep was unco for the first few nights.
