    Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, Rezeption, Servicekräfte im Restaurant und auch Housekeeping, waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Der Pool und die Liegen neben der Rezeption sind sehr schön.

    Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit Mehrblick im Gebäude wo sich auch das Restaurant befindet. Die Anlage wirkt nur oberflächlich gepflegt, bei genauerer Betrachtung sieht man, dass die Pflege vernachlässigt wird. Die Auflagen der Liegen an den Pools an der Meerseite sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und sind teilweise verschmutzt oder verschlissen. Einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Das Essen war sehr gut, könnte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Wir waren in der letzten Woche vor der Winterpause, mit nur wenigen anderen Gästen. Am letzten Abend gab es statt Buffet Essen a la Carte, das war sehr gut und es gab zum ersten Mal auch Oliven im Salat! An den Tagen vorher gab es im ganzen Haus keine, was uns zur Nachfrage beim Service veranlasst hat. Auf der gesamten Insel Zakynthos gibt es unzählige Olivenbäume aber nicht am Buffet unseres Hotels?!?

    We went during offpeak season and the reception upgraded our room, thanks! The sea side view was really beautiful and you can see sunrise there. Tho it's a bit windy. Cats in the hotel are super cute. Pools are lovely too. Various selections for breakfast.

    The shower place doesn't have a door, so the floor gets wet when you take showers. There are obvious stains on the tower...
