This is a very good place with a very reasonable price. It has everything you needed and has a lot of space.
It was the total package. Everything you needed was available. Washing machine with dryer, this was the most useful. Wash & wear!!! Plus the host was very exceptional. Highly responsive.

Great apartment for a small group, near transport and convenience stores.
It's a great spot, not too far from the train lines. With many different train options, depending on where you are going. As 4 people, we found there was plenty of space, as we each could have our own bedroom. We were also able to wash our clothes; and the there were convenience stores nearby.
It's not the most exciting neighbourhood, so if you wanted to be closer to the action, you might want something near the river. But overall it was an excellent place to stay.

Amazing value for money
Good facilities! The apartment has a karaoke room with projector. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Very big house for Japanese standards (5 bedrooms with big double beds), it was actually two houses connected together. Two bathrooms was a nice addition. There is a bus stop very near the house. Pretty calm neighbourhood.
Location is pretty remote, needs at least 7 minutes walking to reach the station in order to go to some locations like Namba or Umeda. There was quite a few flies inside of the apartment.
