Relaxing onsen stay
An amazing first onsen experience. Loved the calm atmosphere. Dinner was amazing, our room was lovely and the onsen was so relaxing! I know all the “free” things are prob built into the cost but the icecreams, drinks, ramen (which we were too full to try) were all lovely touches that made it feel quite decadent. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Great venue and a great place for a couple to stay for a relaxing break.
The private onsen, great service, beautiful room
Lack of some western breakfast options but for a true Japanese experience it makes sense not to offer.

Great Hakone hotel and spa experience
Nice rooms and amenities. Take advantage of the bar drinks on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was a feast but expect a very Japanese savoury meal service. Liked the hotel more than Hakone which is too commercialized for our taste.
Wished the ramen was served earlier.
