  Nice Location and Atmosphere, but Not Up to Expected Standards

  The house has great potential and offers some unique features. The location provides a nice view and a more elevated atmosphere compared to many other homestays or villas. The surrounding environment is peaceful and relaxing, with the presence of horses and birds adding a unique natural experience for guests. This makes the place suitable for family gatherings or group stays. With proper maintenance and improvement of the facilities, this property has the potential to become a very attractive and enjoyable staycation destination.

  1. Rats were found inside the house, including around the kitchen area. Cooking equipment and tableware should be properly covered and stored to prevent contamination and maintain hygiene. 2. The refrigerator was placed in a position that blocked the bedroom entrance, making it difficult for guests to enter and exit. The refrigerator was also leaking water frequently, causing the floor to become wet and requiring constant cleaning. 3. The rice cooker cover was loose and detached while being used. This is a safety concern as it may cause electrical issues or short circuit risks. 4. Additional safety measures, such as a higher barrier or beam around the outer side of the pool, are recommended to ensure children’s safety. 5. Considering the rental price, the air conditioning facilities were not sufficient. Only the living room and one bedroom had air conditioning, while the other three bedrooms did not. Air conditioning in every room would greatly improve guest comfort. 6. The fans in the rooms and living area were not operating at a satisfactory speed, possibly due to ageing or lack of maintenance. There were also limited fan remote controls available. 7. The house lighting needs improvement. The current warm lighting is not bright enough, causing the house to feel quite dim, especially at night. 8. The clothes and towel hanging rack in one of the bathrooms was broken. This appears to be a long-standing issue that requires attention. 9. The house has good potential, but the overall maintenance and upkeep require significant improvement. Several issues appear to have existed for some time and should be addressed to ensure a safer, cleaner, and more comfortable experience for future guests. Considering the rental price of RM3,240 for 3 days and 2 nights, the current condition of the house was below the expected standard and did not provide good value for the amount paid. We hope the owner will take the necessary actions to improve the facilities.

  banyak penambahbaikan perlu dibuat supaya customer rasa berbaloi dgn harga yg dibayar..

  rumah yang cantik dgn view yg sngt menarik..

  keadaan tandas yg sangat tidak selesa utk digunakan..berbau busuk,shower mandi yg rosak,paip bidet rosak,paip utk ambil wuduk tiada..perabot di tepi kolam yg sgt uzur dan telah rosak dan tidak sesuai untuk digunakan..haiwan perosak seperti tikus dan cicak sgt banyak di dalam rumah..tangga utk ke bilik bawah terlalu bahaya utk digunakan..aircond perlu disediakan di setiap ruang dan bilik..

  We loved the view and environment

  The property was poorly maintained and a lot of dust. The toilet were untidy as well.

  lengkap dengan barangan dapur. banyak bantal.

  malangnya, kami diziarahi oleh kala jengking sebanyak 2 kali. mujur sempat perasan dan terus ditangkap bagi mengelakkan disengat.
