    Location was great for all the beaches in the area. Hayle seems to be a good location for amenities every thing is nice and close by (drive not walk) Accomodation excellent owners understanding cannot fault.

    Could do with a few extra saucepans but other than that it was great.

    We had a pleasant stay, the house is spacious enough for a group of 6.

    Good value for money, enough space for 6 people, reasonably close to Carbis.

    Not every bed is comfortable, mouldy smell and no place to hang towels. The oven needs repairing.

    Average property at a good price.

    The price, and the communication from the owner.

    Place stank of dog... It was overwhelming. Whilst it's dog-friendly, that shouldn't be an excuse to have the place reeking of dog. There were many light bulbs either not working or not present. Much of the interior of the house felt very budget-minded. At the price point offered, this wasn't by any means offensive, however better quality beds and linen would've been appreciated. Overall, an average property at a good price.
