very disappointing and expensive
The area was quiet
The property was very dirty. Mugs, bowls, plates and cutlery were dirty. Carpets were stained. Shower had black and pink mould. Child safety catch on bedroom blind not attached. Bedroom door would not close

Dirty, expensive and generally unpleasant
The location was good. Bathroom was good.
The cleanliness was appalling. When we arrived the whole house stunk of egg, we later discovered this was due to the dishwasher being full of stagnant disgusting water. Luckily we fixed this by cycling the dishwasher and draining it out. The kitchen was infested with ants, the oven was dirty, the sink tap was broken and hanging loose, the fridge did not properly refrigerate food and the oven was temperamental. There were spiders webs on most of the windows and a lot of the furniture needed replacing. There was a huge hole in one of the living room chairs with a nasty stain on it and cigarette burns in another chair. The bed downstairs should not be classed as a bed it was cheap and nasty. Bits of rubbish were left under the sink and upstairs in various places clearly from past customers. It genuinely looked like someone had cleaned it for 30 minutes before our stay and they charge a £111 cleaning fee! Appalling!! For the price we paid there were no dishwasher tablets provided or washing machine pods. To charge over £500 for a 2 night stay and this was the standard?! The 5 of us enjoyed our weekend in Gloucester rather than spending time complaining on the day but if I’d had more time I would have asked for a refund of the cleaning fee. Dreadful!

Good value for the money compared to other locations
Location and space big enough for six people comfortably
The drive is too narrow and tight to get in due to neighbours cars. The place is a bit dated and could do with a facelift
