    I had to book two different rooms because the resort was fully booked. It was no problem. I already submitted a review for the previous room. Great staff, good drinks, and food.

    The only problem we had was the AC didn't work so well. The technician department was very slow in responding. The front desk took care of it immediately once we inquired about the slow response. So thank you front desk!! Other than that the resort is wonderful. 5 stars!
