    Tolles Essen, Sport und Strand - kleiner Preis, daher auch nicht zu viel erwarten.

    Tolle Anlage mit großem Sportangebot, schönem Strand und sehr gutem Essen im Hauptrestaurant (untypisch für Hotels mit mehreren reservierungspflichtigen Nebenrestaurants). Die Animateure sind super freundlich und hilsbereit. Großes Dankeschön insbesondere and Mehdi und Nabyl.

    Die Anlage ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Abnutzung ist im Zimmer als auch der gesamten Außenanlage deutlich spürbar. Dazu kommen erhebliche technische Störungen. Das Licht funktioniert an vielen Stellen der Außenanlage nicht, vor allem nicht das Flutlicht auf den Tennisplätzen, was ein Spielen nach Sonnenuntergang (im Oktober bereits um 17:30) nicht möglich macht. Das Gravierenste war allerdings der komplette technische Ausfall der zentralen Magic Life App. Weder meine Mitreisenden noch die Animateure für die verschiedenen Sportarten konnten uns für die Sporttermine einbuchen, da das Login-System nicht funktioniert hat. Jegliche Versuche auch mit dem Guest-Service Team, den Login abzuschließen, blieben erfolglos. Somit konnten wir uns zu keinem Termin offiziell anmelden und mussten vor Ort auf einen freien Platz hoffen. Absolutes Versagen der IT Abteilung. Noch schlimmer wurde es dadurch, dass manche Gäste sich sehr wohl einloggen konnten (oder schon eingeloggt waren) und sehr wohl buchen konnten - das war natürlich dann extrem unfair. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant ist wie gesagt sehr gut und auch sehr abwechslungsreich mit Mottoabenden und Live-Cooking und Grill. Die Nebenrestaurants jedoch waren sehr klein (5 Tische bei größeren Gruppen), daher auch immer ausgebucht, und das A-la-carte menü war sehr schwach, sowohl inhaltlich als auch qualitativ. Mitarbeiter sind generell freundlich und zuvorkommend, lediglich das Rezeptionspersonal ist absolut desinteressiert. Unsere Hotel-Transfer Emails und Nachrichten via Booking blieben unbeantwortet, das App Thema wurde offensichtlich nicht vorangetrieben und auch Informationen mussten mühsam aus den Kollegen herausgefragt werden.

    Piscine nourriture chambre activités sur la plage

    J'aurais apprécié d'avoir plus d'animation pour les enfants exemple petite voiture électrique, salle de jeux billard. Trouvé également sympathique d'avoir un grand marché des artisans lors de la soirée tunisienne par exemple. Sinon je reviendrai avec plaisir nourriture, excellente personnelle. Sympathique

    A lot of activities for kids, good food and bars, good service in main restaurant. Good aqua park and a very nice beach. Nice shisha bar.

    Rooms a bit old, not too clean, not well maintained and slightly smelly. Beds not too comfortable. Feels crowded
