  Fantastic location in a clean, modern property.

  Great location, air conditioning worked really well, very clean and all the facilities you need. Cristina was also an excellent and responsive host.

  Fantastic location, great host and comfortable stay

  Brilliant location as it's situated close to the beach, the fantastic Parque de la Paloma, as well as having the train station in walking distance. The kitchen has new appliances which are great for cooking, air con throughout. Cristina was very helpful and we were glad we picked this spot.

  The shower could maybe do with a cosmetic update, but it was fine and only a small thing as it worked fine functionally.

  Host - great, easy communication, very thorough check in videos etc sent ahead of time which were very helpful. The travel cot was not set up even though I had requested one but this wasn't an issue as we arrived late and my son just slept in with me the first night and our host rectified the next day. Apartment - lovely, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, some basics in the fridge and cupboards were a nice touch. The outdoor equipment available (beach umbrella, beach toys etc) all super handy and we really appreciated them. As others have said the balcony is bigger than it looks. Pool - pool is great, we barely saw another person there, its rather deep though so not the best for young kids as no way they can paddle but otherwise its great. Location - perfect location, 10 mins uphill to supermarket, 5/10mins downhill to beach/park/restaurants etc. Marina slightly longer walk we would walk there and get a taxi back.

  Couple of small issues, no batteries in the A/C remote for living room so had to borrow out one from bedroom, kids highchair had one leg without locking mechanism. Lock for the pool area gate is very temperamental. Noise from upstairs neighbour on balcony in the evenings my only major complaint, perhaps we noticed more because we were in bed quite early but it was an issue for us - sadly.
