No Amenities . Unsafe, No WIFI .Not unfurnished. just beds . no microwave. no Ac and no fan. bad !!

No Amenities at the properties , No wifi not like they have stated on the booking.com App. just beds and table. the balcony is dirty and smelly. the balcony door is not securely closed so staying there does not feel safe at all ( Dangerous!!!) . Bathroom not too clean with stain rusted sink. towels looks ragged. only tv stand no TV. Wifi paper stick on the door but no wifi. Inconclusion I will say this place is not furnished. Bad Host, who don't pick phone calls or respond to messages. the Owner was very nice on the phone but he referred me to a different person who he claimed to be the Manager/host . He never pick calls or respond to my messages. I request for a fully refund the owner confirmed they will handle that for me but has still not been approved. I feel scammed now, until they prove me wrong by providing me my fully payment back. I will also blame Booking.com for not doing their diligence reviews and search on such unqualifies properties before posting them. even after all the bad reviews about them why do booking.com still keep them on their App for innocent guest like us to fall in this unsafe trap and waste our money and time. Booking.com please are we safe?
