    Clean linens and unit layout.

    My check in tme was supposed to be at 3 pm. As at 5pm, when we got there, mind you, I was traveling with kids, there was no place for us. The agent reported there were some issues. After close to an hr, with no solution in sight, I agreed to use one of the units with the condition that I'll get compensation/discount for the disappointment. The unit had maintenance issues (bathroom ceiling light had to be fixed, no water to shower and flush toilet, no internet the first day. Dirty jacuzzi-was not functional the entire 3 nights), and communicating with the agent and getting responses back was a challenge. Security was good, but we struggled to get back into the community where the unit was located because we needed a second QR code but didn't have it. I'll choose a different accommodation next time.

    Wonderful stay very close to Akumal beach.

    The design and size of the apartment is amazing. Love the huge couch en 2 chairs in living room. Akumal beach nearby.See pictures . Husband played the golf course . We were able to do some laundry

    Nothing , well maybe that we could not find a nice restaurant nearby. But that could have been solved by just asking the question.
