Exceptional receptionist, Lona. Extremely helpful and patient.

Breakfast was really disappointing. Have to fix loose floor tiles and rug at entrance/ foyer. Is a real hazard.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Staff even walked my partner to the pharmacy to get some medicine when I was ill. Great location close to lake and old quarter.
