    Decent place to stay in Banff

    Nice location away from busy downtown. Beds are comfortable and it’s nice to have a kitchenette.

    The place could use a refresh. It’s starting to look a bit tired. The prices for October are still very high for a very average room. The heater/A/C is extremely loud and couldn’t be controlled by the thermostat (had to unplug it).

    Besids the problem listed above, Overall is a nice a nice place to stay, just hope the management can do something about

    Room big enough for family of 5, convenient location, stuffs is very vice, free bus ticket to banff downtown. Has kitchen to cook.

    Not enough hot water, everyone has to take fast shower, or else the last person will shower in cold water. Tub drainage was clogged. Wall is thin, can hear neighbors talking.

    Proximity to Banff and the shuttle bus provided by the resort.

    Very high cost for 4 nights although we were staying over Thanksgiving weekend. Cramped parking behind apartment block.

    Clean room. Quiet at night. Free transit into Banff and a stop right outside the resort. Also walking distance was an option.

    Did not have any issue. Was only there for two nights, so did not get to use facilities.
