    DISASTER, VACATION RUINED!!

    NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO THERE

    Staff are not friendly, not welcoming, no one smiles at you from staff,management,bags carrier. They didnt even carry the bags for us, and we had to take the stairs.They don’t even say hello back. The manager Ozkan does not respect his guests and he has no issues making fights with us. I think they should fire him and hire a better person who is more friendly. There was one friendly guy on the reception who was smiling and welcoming, I didn’t get the chance to thank him, he’s bald and handsome. The rest of the staff ❌ NO INTERNET!! I needed to connect online and work, there’s no internet at rooms, so you have to live with mosquitoes bites to be able to work. Total waste of money NOT FRIENDLY FOR ELDERS, you nee to walk in a maze to reach your room, you live underground, and to go there you need to go to 2nd floor then back to 1st then underground to be at your room No shampoo, AC cracking, no security and windows can be opened easily from outside.

    My fifth time staying here, staff are lovely and make the holiday great. Rooms are big, pool is fab.
