    Great place to stay before surgery at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Nothing takes your mind off the next day like a spa and a swim. Concierge was excellent, very helpful.

    Never book this accommodation.

    This is not a regular accommodation venue as I was led to believe. It is actually an apartment complex. It is locked and you can not access this complex without a key. I didnt realise this when I booked the accommodation. I had spoken with the owner earlier that day to confirm my expected arrival time. I was told to ring him again when I arrived. When I arrived (on time at 2.00 pm) I rang and no answer. I had just driven down from NSW to Melbourne. I spent the next 45 minutes calling. No answer. I thought that I had been scammed. At this time I booked alternate accommodation. The guy called me at 6.00 pm asking when I was going to check in. I told him that he didnt answer, he disputed that I had called. I have all the screen shots on my phone, including photos of the building. He disputed it all. I told him to go to buggery. Luckily I was not charged for this booking. Booking.com should not have such venues in its offerings.
