    Very good

    Service was good and the rooms were as per expectations

    The pool table game (snooker) was very old. Change the pool sticks and the top cover for the Pool table.

    Exactly what we needed, asante saaaana

    The staff were, on the whole, excellent. We were particularly impressed by Peris and Ibrahim from the serving staff and the lead staff member for the funbase team.

    The room shower could be in better repair, cleaner, more powerful and bigger. Equipment (pool cues and table, table tennis bats etc) are due an upgrade. Communication prior to booking was poor, we had several contact requests through the website ignored prior to our stay. The website could offer more accurate information regarding eg.sports activities/excursions.
