Hurghada resort review: The resort itself looks beautiful, modern and clean, and the beach is lovely. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the electricity. We had to pay for our own electricity and renew it whenever it ran out, which we were not expecting. When the electricity went out, the water stopped working too. We were left without both electricity and water for over 8 hours, with no help or support from the staff. There was also no Wi-Fi during our 3+ day stay. The pool was another major issue. There seemed to be an excessive amount of chlorine, and after accidentally swallowing some pool water, I became very sick. Our TV and remote also didn't work, and when we first arrived, there was no staff available to properly check us in, which caused further delays. It's a shame because the resort has a lot of potential and looks really nice, but the lack of basic facilities and the complete lack of help from staff completely ruined our stay. 1/5 — Would not recommend until these issues are properly addressed.

المكان بعيد عن المارينا في الأحياء وغير نظيف الماء تقطع كل يوم والكهرباء ايضن تقطع كل 3او 4 أيام ولا يوجد مكان استقبال ويوجد حيوانات
