Das piscinas e do acesso ao passeio marítimo da costa Teguise. O silêncio no condomínio. . Do apartamento gostamos muito da varanda. O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisamos: guarda sol, coisas de manter o frio na geladeira, ventoinha, jogos, muitos cabides no vestuário e sítio onde estender a roupa. Foi simpático ter gatos no condomínio. Ter sacos para usar nas compras para o supermercado.

Magnífico apartamento en Costa Teguise. Ralf estuvo atento desde el primer momento. No le falta detalle al apartamento, cocina, baño, habitaciones, salón-comedor, terraza con todo lo necesario y más para pasar unos magníficos días en Lanzarote. Nos sentimos como en casa. Muchas gracias Ralf, así da gusto viajar. Sin duda repetiremos

Cómo estar en casa propia
Todo. El apartamento estaba recién renovado y estaba súper equipado . No le faltaba ningún detalle. Tenía todo lo necesario e incluso más de lo esperado . La piscina increíble y el lugar tranquilo para descansar después de un día de excursión Las comunicaciones son la propiedad excelentes

the best-equipped apartment
I think this is the best-equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. It had everything we could possibly need, including oil, salt, seasonings, and dishwasher detergent—little things that can be a hassle to buy when you’re only staying for a few days. There were also thoughtful extras that we didn’t expect but really appreciated, such as beach chairs, beach towels, and a fan. They also prepared games, sewing kit, candles etc. ! You can really feel the care and attention that went into preparing the apartment for guests. Also, we appreciated a lot the early check-in. Parking and finding the key were also easy. We truly appreciated all these thoughtful touches and had a wonderful stay!
The neighbors were a little loud at times, and there was some construction work going on during our stay. Fortunately, the noise stopped around bedtime, so it didn’t affect our sleep. There was no dedicated parking, but luckily easy to find a parking lot around the area.
