Excellent stay in a beautiful apartment
Clean and spacious, comfortable beds. Great kitchen!
Only the smallest of things; shower temperature was temperamental, could have done with a light over kitchen sink area.

Amazing location 15 min walk to the centre of town. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was modern. Oven, washing machine
Loved the location and interior design was beautiful. The balcony was very cute and bedrooms were spacious. Appreciated the nice modern bathroom, as well as easy check in process.
Lots of the facilities such as oven, washing machine and dishwasher didn’t work. Whilst the host communicated this when we got to the apartment it would have been nice to know in advance.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely book the apartment again.
The apartment was excellent, lovely bedrooms, balcony off the kitchen etc. The location was good, a 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence. A longer walk to the station (35 minutes) to get to our day tour buses.
The kitchen needs a kettle (for those that drink tea!) and a dish towel to dry dishes. We couldn't find an iron but managed without it. The shower's either very hot or cold, couldn't get a medium temperature.

Florence, undeniably enchanting
Perfect location. Lovely safe area. Once you had got your bearings public transport was available. The AC was a godsend. Two king size beds in large bedrooms. The electronic link for the buildings main door worked brilliantly via my phone!
I would have liked to see some literature about the area, public transport, food shops. The cooker I would have liked instructions on how to enter the building well before I was stood outside it. I would have liked a contact should anything have gone wrong in the apartment.. Non of the above marred my visit to the most beautiful city I have ever visited.. I would definitely use this apartment again

Agradable y tranquilo.
Alojamiento cómodo y agradable, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo con fácil aparcamiento, supermercados y restaurantes cercanos. Se encuentra a 25 minutos a pie del centro. Dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, algo muy de agradecer durante la ola de calor que vivimos. Cuenta además con lavadora y un espacio en la terraza para tender, así como una cocina muy bien equipada
Sería recomendable mejorar la ducha, ya que la temperatura del agua resultaba difícil de regular. También sería útil colocar una cortina o visillo en la ventana para ofrecer mayor intimidad.
