    Our stay was a little disappointing compared with previous visits, as the condition of the room.

    The location of Tuscany Villas is always excellent, and the room was very clean.

    We have stayed at Tuscany Villas quite often and have generally been happy with our experience. This was our first time staying in an accessible room. Although the facilities were a little dated, the room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, a few things let the room down. The bedside light had no bulb, and the bed was very uncomfortable on the left-hand side, where I slept. It felt as though the mattress had collapsed on that side, and I woke up the following morning with an uncomfortable back. The room could also benefit from a little maintenance, particularly some touch-up painting in areas where fittings had been removed. In our previous stays in standard rooms, we found the facilities a little dated, but the beds were generally of average to good comfort. Sadly, this was not the case with this room. We hope these issues can be addressed, as we have enjoyed staying at Tuscany Villas in the past.

    Not a happy camper

    Locality

    I ca.e away with bed bug bites. I loved the idea of a spa bath until water from the jets wet the bedding, carpet. The jets are too strong..I didn't have a great sleep the bed wasn't comfy.
