    Overall pleasant, you're staff are a credit to you, your rooms are comfortable and cosy

    I liked how I was welcomed, very friendly lady on reception. I was early, she went out of her way to provide me with a friendly welcome and was able to direct we to where I could continue working. However my room became available and I was able to check in. She could not have been more friendly and genuinely welcoming. Very pleasant interaction. I also have to compliment the lad who was working as waiter in the restaurant that evening. Extremely friendly and good at his job.

    I had issue with the cleanliness of the dishes at breakfast, they were gritty to touch. So were the cereal bowls. The bacon and sausages were rubbery and flavourless, almost like reheats or maybe sitting in the chaffing dishes a while. I didn't finish what I'd selected to eat, I just finished my coffee. However the staff were fantastic, welcoming.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return if back in Mayo.

    Lovely hotel lovely breakfast and lovely staff. The hotel is in a beautiful setting surrounded by woodlands and waterfall. Complimentary use of the leisure centre was an added bonus.

    For anyone with mobility issues its a bit of a walk to the town centre but it was not a problem for me and is only a few minutes by car.
