    Eine glatte 10 was die Ausstattung und Größe der wohldurchdachten Wohnung betrifft. Ein kleiner Balkon und riesige Fenster sorgen für ein helles Ambiente. Selbst ein kleiner Wintergarten schließt sich grossen Schlafzimmer an. Ausstattung und Qualität der Ausstattung beispiellos super!!!!! Keine billiges Alubesteck oder Plastikbecher und oder Plastikgeschirr. SmartTV und Internet exzellent. Der Platz war luxuriös in allen Wohnbereichen. Eine Wohnung zum Zeitbverbringen. Wir würden wiederkommen wenn wir erneut am Comer See ferienhalber absteigen. Zeitnahe Reaktionen der Verwaltung und schnelles handeln bei Problemen oder Fragen sind ein grosser Pluspunkt bei dieser Unterkunft. Garage für kleine Autos nutzbar. Grosse Autos stehen draussen auf dem Grundstück. Auf unseren Reisen hatten wir bisher noch nie eine so große super Wohnung... Eben eine 10 von 10

    Klimaanlage war zu schwach. Eventuell wäre eine Nachrüstung einer weiteren Klimaanlage im 2. Schlafzimmer von Vorteil. Gerade dann wenn 2 Pärchen im Hochsommer dort einmieten. Der morgendliche und nächtliche Lärm der Roller in der engen Gasse bzw. der Firma im EG waren für uns kein Problem
