Very well set up with lots of warm layers on the very comfy beds, many supplies in the kitchen and bathroom, and extremely clean everywhere. Excellent hot shower too!

Only complaint was the fairly loud noise of people walking around above us quite late at night.

I will definitely stay there again

A fantastic property, beautifully fitted out, comfortable beds with lovely linen and the owner had gone above and beyond in every detail, teas, coffee breakfast cereals and plenty of information on Auckland.

Well appointed, spotless, quiet location easy drive to many shops and beaches etc

A beautifully presented two bedrooms in an excellent, quiet location but easy drive to shops and the beaches. Every detail has been thought of and everything we needed, and tho ha we didn’t know we needed were provided for. I would highly recommend this place.
