  Its okay.

  I thought that once my booking was confirmed through Booking.com, the check-in process would be straightforward. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Upon arrival, the security personnel asked for a registration form. We were then instructed by the property representative on Booking.com to contact them through their Facebook page and send our IDs for registration. Even though our booking was already confirmed, we still had to go through several additional steps, including submitting individual IDs and completing registration forms. After finally completing the registration process, we were unexpectedly asked to pay a ₱3,000 security deposit, which we found unreasonable and surprising. Additionally the terrace is dirty To make matters worse, we discovered that access to the swimming pool was not included in the amenities as we had expected. We had to pay an additional ₱200 per person. We were also required to fill out another registration form and make the payment at a separate location before we could use the pool. The entire process was unnecessarily complicated, time-consuming, and inconvenient. Important information about the registration requirements, security deposit, and additional swimming pool fees should have been clearly communicated before arrival so guests could make an informed decision. Overall, this experience was far from what we expected from a confirmed Booking.com reservation. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this property again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

  Nice apartment but way too many penalty fess and swimming pool access is not free!

  Overall nice apartment. Clear instructions for check in/out provided.

  Early check in/late check out only possible if you pay more. Cleaning fees are very high and heaven forbid you lose a towel or access card! Electric problem in one of the bathrooms, rendering it unusable. Washing machine doesn’t work. PHP 200 fee for all guests using the swimming pool. Although nice apartment, unfortunately I won’t recommend staying here.

  Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth recommending. Kudos to the host for being very easy to communica

  The place was cozy, relaxing, and comfortably accommodated our family of seven. There is also a man-made beach pool available for use with an additional fee of ₱200. The host was very accommodating and responsive, always available to provide assistance. My family and I truly had a wonderful stay.

  A few points for improvement: ~ Please be mindful of the cleaning products used. Upon entering the room, there was a strong bleach smell, which may be harmful, especially for children and adults as well. ~Adding anti-slip mats in the bathroom would help prevent accidents, as the floor becomes slippery when wet. ~A regular check of the furniture for loose screws is recommended to prevent possible accidents. During our stay, we encountered this issue, which also served as a learning experience for us since it was our first time booking a condominium-style unit.
