  Lovely well equipped and clean apartment in fantastic location with lift. The Basque Homes team were amazing (thanks Rodrigo, Volodymyr & Naiara!). We had a family member taken ill on the outbound flight which involved an overnight hospital stay and very last minute changes to our plans. Rodrigo and Volodymyr were very patient and helpful replying promptly to any questions and even offered their assistance whatever time of the day which was very reassuring bearing in mind our circumstances. After a shaky start to our Basque holiday we loved our stay in San Sebastián. The apartment is perfectly located with everything you need and is very comfortable. we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and the company to family and friends and really hope to be back one day!

  Nothing. Like a lot of apartments in older traditional buildings in San Sebastian there is no air con but there were fans in all of the bedrooms - we stayed early September and didn’t have any issues sleeping at night. Also worth bearing in mind the 3 x double beds can’t be split into singles.

  C’è sempre di peggio al mondo

  Tutto, no condizionatori, per oltre 3000 euro in 5 notti la struttura è da considerarsi totalmente insufficiente!!! Mai visto nessuno, pulizia da paura: armadi puzzolenti arredo delle camere inguardabile, un c….o di ventilatore in sala più sporco dei tombini di San Sebastian. Con soli 600 euro in più (20%) avrei soggiornato all’hotel Londres di fronte alla playa de la concha!!! Ma quando ho prenotato la disponibilità era di un giorno in meno rispetto alle mie esigenze. MAI PIÙ CON QUESTA AGENZIA!!!
