Great ocean access and view, comfortable and fully stocked unit.
The location on the ocean is great with awesome views of the ocean off the balcony and easy access to the beach. Very pleasant to sit out on the balcony in the morning to enjoy the sun and then also nice in the afternoon/evening as there is shade that lowers the temp. Also the unit is located near lots of stores and restaurants right in the center of the island. Unit is well stocked and comfortable.
The only negative is the fact there are lots of steps. Two flights to access the front door, and steep steps up to the second level. The front steps really need rebuilt. Several of the steps are more than a standard height of 8", and the depth of each tread is narrow and hard to place your whole foot on.

Great location needs better accommodations and amenities…

No air upstairs and no pot holders to cook, small bathrooms be only one shower for a family of 6, only sic towels and wash cloths so we had to constantly wash. We worked more than having a relaxing vacation.

The townhouse was laid out nice with a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck.
This property was dirty, there were smudge marks on the walls both downstairs and upstairs. The carpet on the stairs and in the master bedroom was filthy with stains and wear and needs replaced. (I didn’t want to walk on it barefooted) The sinks in both bathrooms seemed clogged and drained so slowly it made it difficult to brush your teeth. The dryer displayed an overheat code five minutes after starting it. We tried troubleshooting by cleaning the lint catcher and ended up taking our clothes to the laundry mat to dry them. The deck definitely needs stairs for beach access.
