Location was excellent and layout was fine
The floors were dirty, the Living room TV was useless and outdated ,the remaining TVs were a joke at about 18-24 inches and mounted so high you couldn't see anything on them. The front porch had no separation from the steps so there was no way to contain anyone or thing released to it, toddlers or animals.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday.
I love the entire place, it was wonderful except for the beds, they were hard.

Nice clean apartment. Comfortable and enjoyable to stay in for the two weeks we were there. Good assigned parking for two cars per unit. Close to the beach, the main pier,and the island downtown area where there were numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Highly recommend!!!!
Even though it is a first floor apartment, because the parking is underneath the units, you have to go up to short flights of stairs. This can be difficult if you have heavy luggage. Also, the steps were not of uniform height, making it a little difficult to use until you got accustomed to them.
