    We have stayed before so knew what to expect Great overall

    The bedroom air con is faulty and not working as it should This has been reported before but still not fixed

    The apartment unfortunately did not meet the hygiene and quality standards presented on Booking.com. Upon arrival, the property was visibly not properly cleaned. There were live and dead ants in several areas of the apartment, including inside kitchen equipment, dirty kitchen surfaces, unpleasant damp smell, and even personal items left behind by previous guests. Some blankets and furnishings were also not clean. In addition, the balcony door could not be properly secured, which created a genuine safety concern during the stay. A particularly disappointing aspect was that I had to spend part of my holiday cleaning the apartment myself in order to make it usable and comfortable enough for my stay. I reported all issues immediately after arrival and documented everything with photos and videos. The intermediary company managing communication between Booking.com and the property was polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to assist throughout the process, which I appreciated. However, despite these efforts, the overall condition of the apartment significantly affected the quality of the stay, and in my opinion the compensation offered did not fully reflect the seriousness of the issues encountered. Based on my personal experience, the actual condition of the apartment was significantly below the standard suggested by the listing and rating displayed on the platform.

    The views were amazing. Really well set up, nice black out blinds, great location. Staff very friendly

    As everyone has said, the spiral staircase would be tricky with mobility issues, but we were warned so all good

    Lovely location, everything on hand, beautiful beach close by

    The views and the location in the old centre

    The electrics kept going off and pressing the green button didn’t work so we just had to wait until it came back on which was at most 15 minutes but it was annoying sometimes.
