  My stay here was exceptional!!

  I loved this gem of an apartment! The location is exceptional and is walking distance to virtually everything, including a mini mart just steps away, the bus station at San Rocco Square (aka Saroko Square), the port, both fortresses and everything else in the Old Town of Corfu! You have your choice of countless restaurants just steps away. I was thrilled to find this modern, newly renovated apartment, located within a building that is a part of a designated UNESCO World Heritage site. It has a view of the New Fortress. It also has a small elevator which is a rare find in the Old Town of Corfu. The staff of U Corfina responded very quickly to all questions and provided very helpful information. They were wonderful! The bed was very comfortable and I was able to use my Netflix and Prime Video on the tv's. The internet connection was great and I didn't have any connectivity issues. I stayed in this clean, wonderful apartment for two weeks and I would definitely choose it again! I highly recommend this apartment!!

  Bathroom and shower were terrible. Bed uncomfortable. Not recommended.

  Clean and good location

  Shower and bathroom too small. Water pressure absolutely insufficient. Door handle falling apart. Bed was small and uncomfortable.

  The apartment is a very good option to enjoy the old city of Corfu.

  Central location in the heart of old town, big enough with two separate rooms each with an air condition installed. The small kitchen was well equipped with a nice Nespresso coffee machine. The host was very friendly and always responsive to our questions.

  The mattress was very soft, but some people like that. Although the size of the bathroom was ok, I found the washbasin very small and the water could easily fall to the floor.

  Renovated apartment in great location.

  The apartment was very clean and located right in the heart of old town. So a great location! All of the furnishings were in good condition as it seems to be recently renovated and the bed was comfortable. I had really good communication with the host and check in was easy with a lockbox. They also provided me with a cleaning service half-way through my stay. They also have a working elevator which made accessing the apartment on the 4th floor quite easy.

  The doorknob on the front door was falling off which made it tricky to close the door. The bathroom was small and the water pressure was low. Sometimes too low to start the instant hot water heater. Which meant no hot water. They sent out a technician but nothing could be done. The internet was also not very fast. And last but not least, the building itself is old and has not been renovated. So the outside of the building looks bad. I thought the apartment was overpriced. I didn’t expect to have these issues at this price point.

  Very unprofessional handling and bad experience!!

  Location

  Bad experience! We stayed during the Easter period. As soon as we arrived there was no hot water in the property. Also, the water in the shower was running very poorly. We have spoken with the staff (Athina) who was in charge of the property, and she gave us the phone number of the plumber! We were communicating for 4 hours. The issue was still not solved. They told us that because it was during Easter, there was nothing they could do. We have suggested them to transfer us to another apartment since we could not take a shower at all. In the end, they transferred us to another apartment. When we arrived at the apartment at 2am (still not showered), the other apartment did not have hot water as well. The administrator (Athina) told us that she could not do anything else because of the Easter holidays. She wanted to give us a refund and kick us out of the apartment!! On the next day the hot water was fine but we did not like the handling of the whole situation. When the administration tells you that they want to kick you out, especially during holidays, it is very unprofessional that we have been through ongoing communication with her. Also, on our last day she told us that we would not get any refund, and she claimed that we were lying as she said that the hot water was fine on the first apartment we stayed in. Very unprofessional handling and bad experience!!
