Tolle Erholung
Toller Vermieter, der sehr kommunikativ und zuverlässig war. Die Lage direkt an der Bushaltestelle und einigen Geschäften bei Ruhe im Grünen, war sehr erholsam.

Die Wohnung ist groẞ und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Balkon ist schön und bietet einen Blick ins Grüne. Mit dem Auto erreicht man das Zentrum von Rostock sowie den nächstgelegenen Strand in etwa 15- 20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie EDEKA, ALDI und ein Schuhzentrum befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Kaution wurde uns bereits am Tag nach der Abreise vollständig zurückerstattet.
Die Unterkunft liegt an einer recht lauten Straße. Leider war der Boden bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Herr Nau teilte uns mit, dass die Reinigungskraft am selben Tag kurzfristig ausgefallen sei. Als ich barfuß durch die Wohnung lief, blieben ständig Schmutz und Staub an meinen Füßen haften. Vor der Anreise mussten wir zusätzlich zur regulären Kaution eine weitere Kaution für unseren Hund hinterlegen. Der Check-out war bis 10:00 Uhr vorgesehen. Als wir die Wohnung um 10:01 Uhr verließen, standen Herr Nau und die Reinigungskraft bereits vor der Tür. Anschließend wurde die Wohnung auf mögliche Schäden, insbesondere im Hinblick auf unseren Hund, kontrolliert.

Top FeWo in super Lage!
Sehr saubere, geräumige fe-wo mit schönem Balkon am ruhigen Stadtrand. Bus zum Strand und zur Innenstadt vor der Tür (Fahrt auch sonntags), ekz mit grossem Edeka in 80 Metern Entfernung. Super grill im Garten.
